What hope can you reclaim for your personal health and wellness that you've let go of in the past?
What relationship desire have you given up on that you could use fresh energy?
What dream for your career have you decided couldn't happen because of the past?
On a spiritual level, what have you decided God can't do for you though he already promised that he would.
And what change in the world have you given up hope on seeing because you've decided things are looking too bleak to ever be different?
